Hen Do Berry Cocktail Ingredient

1 1/3 oz. Gin

... 1 1/3 oz. Raspberry Purée

1/3 oz. Lime Juice

Fresh Mint Leaves

Ginger Beer

Shake all ingredients, except the ginger beer with ice and pour into a tall glass. Add extra ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
