Pizza Balls Recipe

Source: adapted from The Gunny Sack

We stumbled upon this great pizza recipe last week and we can't get enough of them. They are super easy to make and are a great snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients:
3 cans Pillsbury Homestyle Biscuits (8 to a can)
16 oz block of cheese
50 slices of pepperoni
1 beaten egg
Kraft grated Parmesan cheese (you know, the kind in the green shaker bottle)
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
1 jar pizza sauce

Directions:
*Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish/pan…put it to the side.
*Preheat your oven to 425.

-Cut the block of cheese into at least 28 squares.
-Flatten a biscuit out and stack pepperoni and cheese on top.
-Gather up the edges of the biscuit.
-Line the rolls up (seam side down) in a greased 9x13 in. pan.  Brush with beaten egg.  Sprinkle with Parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
-Bake at 425°F for 18-20 minutes.

Serve the rolls with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
